We offer a 45-day return policy. We have opted for this to ensure our international customers have time to return their goods but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns.

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Form (See below).

Returning an unwanted item

We have partnered with Loop to make returns as easy and simple as possible.

You can return your unwanted item to us and either opt for a refund to your original payment method or Store Credit.

Please be advised your refund will be received once your return is accepted, this process may take up to 14 days. 

If you opt for Store Credit once your return is accepted a Gift Card will be sent to you to shop at our store again.

Return costs


Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer.


You will see the option at checkout to unlock free returns for $1.99 - we are very excited to be able to offer this service exclusively to our US customers. 


If this is not paid during checkout, not to worry you can opt for a return at the cost of $6 during the return process, this cost is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. 


Faulty or damaged goods


If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via our Contact Form before processing your return, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Returned products must be unworn and unwashed.

We will not accept any returned products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged

If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged or is in an otherwise unsellable condition we reserve the right to refuse your refund. 

In addition to this you may incur a £6 / $10 administration fee for the return of the goods.


Terms & Conditions

2. Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

3. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 45-day returns policy as normal.

4. Items purchased as part of an offer, for instance, “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off” must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund.

5. Refunds for items purchased through a Gift Card will be processed back to the gift card code to be used again.

6. Items purchased from our warehouse sample sales are non-refundable.

7. All P&Co Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.
