How do I use the Returns Portal?Updated 16 days ago

We have joined forces with Loop Returns with the goal to making your returns experience as smooth and affordable as possible.

Struggling to use our returns portal? Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Head to 

2. Input your order number (This can be found in your confirmation email or on the packing slip included in your parcel) 

3. Enter your zip code 

4. Select which items you want to return

5. Select if you would like to exchange or refund your item(s)

6. Let us know the reason for the return (this helps us understand where we can improve!)

7. Chose your refund method

8. Double check the item(s) you are sending back and your customer information. 

8. Once you are happy complete your request.

9. Follow the instructions sent to you by, our returns partner, Loop on how to send us your return.

Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Slip.

Please be aware that you must wait for the item to be returned to us and be processed before we can issue a refund or exchange.
