To get your order to you as quickly as possible, our warehouse team begins processing it almost immediately after it is placed. This speed means there is a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, our warehouse processes orders with great speed. As a UK-based company, this efficiency, combined with international time zone differences, means there is an extremely limited window in which we can cancel an order.
A cancellation may be possible, but only if your request is received before the order has been packed and assigned a shipping label. Once it reaches this stage, we are unfortunately unable to prevent it from being dispatched. If your order cannot be cancelled, you are welcome to return it for a full refund once it arrives.
You can make the request with our support team at [email protected] quoting your name and order number and we will do our utmost to process the cancellation. However, if your order has been dispatched, you will need to return this at your own expense.
If we are able to refund your order in time please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account.
Can I change the shipping address?
Due to our rapid processing times, amending a shipping address can be challenging, but we will try our best if the order has not yet reached the previously mentioned stage within processing.
Can I amend / change my order?
Once an order is confirmed, our system sends it directly to the warehouse for processing. To ensure efficiency and accuracy, we are unable to make amendments to an order after it has been placed and reached the packing stage.
If we are unable to stop your order for amending you will need to return any unwanted goods at your own expense for a refund or exchange or place an additional order for anything you forgot to add.
